Last month, we had a scare...my mom developed a really bad case of pneumonia out of nowhere. She was in the hospital for two weeks, had to have a surgery to remove stuff from her lung and they had to break her rib in order to get in there to take care of things properly. She had very poor treatment for the first week, causing her to be in
icu for the remainder of the time. We got to bring her home from the hospital on Easter Sunday which was such a huge relief. She was very frail and weak for the first few weeks but started making big improvements once she was able to come home and see Bear :) It's amazing what comfort an animal can bring you. We are all so happy that she is getting better everyday and gaining her strength back. We love you mom and don't know what we would do without you. So glad that you are feeling pretty much back to yourself again!
Last Friday, my parents celebrated their 33rd Wedding Anniversary! I got to go out to dinner with the two of them and we had lots to celebrate! Going to be a good year :) Happy Anniversary mom and dad! Thank you for all that you do for us everyday.
